Less than 12 months' experience
Applicants may be entering the security, policing or counter-terrorism-related sector with limited professional experience.
A 12-month pilot programme designed to support early-career professionals entering the security and counter-terrorism sector through structured mentorship, professional development and community engagement.
The programme is named in honour of Ben Lewry, former Managing Director of Titans Security and Mimas Training. Ben played a formative role in mentoring Josh Brown during his early career, demonstrating the long-term impact that strong mentorship can have within the industry.
The Lewry Mentorship Programme turns that experience into a structured UKCTAG initiative: helping people at the beginning of their careers build capability, confidence, industry awareness and professional networks.
BEN LEWRYBethany Delaney is the Head of the Lewry Mentorship Programme, responsible for its overall leadership, direction and delivery within UKCTAG.
